Short version: we keep your details to invite you to the opening and send the occasional private offer. We don't sell them, and you can leave any time.
When you join the list, we store your first name, last name, email, and phone number, plus the date you joined and your unique code. For security only, we keep a one-way hashed fingerprint of your connection to stop abuse — never your raw IP address.
If you tick an event on our What's on page, we store your first name, WhatsApp number, email if you give one, and which events you ticked. We use them only to message you about those events, and you can reply STOP at any time.
To send you your code, and to share occasional news and private offers from The Secret Room — only because you asked us to.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Every message includes a way to opt out, or just email us and we'll take you off the list.
